Ethics in Aviation

Ethics are always important wherever you are because they guide everyone to make the world a better place. In business, employees have a responsibility to shape the culture and have an influence in the community. Ethics in aviation are no different. A pilot has the responsibility to keep everyone on the flight safe. Always fly the plane at your best ability and effective awareness. There will be challenges, which means there can be difficult decisions to make. Everyone needs to give their best effort towards the situation and be able to take responsibility for their actions. It is best to learn from mistakes made, then use the lesson to do a better job in the future. Ethics will always be important, essential, and must never been forgotten. There is always something to learn in Aviation no matter how long you fly.
